Lake Summit North Carolina Engagement Photos

Ok so this was the lake house engagement photo session of my dreams! I was SO excited that Sarah and Moe wanted to do their engagement photos at Sarah’s Family lake house home on Lake Summit in Hendersonville, North Carolina. We did Sarah and Moe’s engagement session 2 days before their wedding at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina (Crazy right?!). Sarah and Mo travel to North Carolina from South Carolina to celebrate their marriage with their friends and family so it worked out for all of us since I traveled to their wedding as well from Virginia. The lake house we shot their engagement session at had been in their family for years and it was somewhere that the two of them visited each year.

I had SO much fun going around the lake and capturing their engagement photos. We had the perfect warm fall day and it was right when the leaves were starting to change colors. Moe and Sarah’s dogs Sunny and Keebler even got to join in on the fun and get their pictures take too. To this day, it was one of my all time favorite engagement sessions.
