My Why

There is nothing like going through old photos with others and watching a switch in their brain be triggered to recall those old memories so clearly. I want to help you remember the core moments in your life 50 years from now just as clearly as you did when you experienced them. My memory isn't the greatest sometimes so the photos from my past have been SO important in helping me reminisce, reflect and feel all the feels I once did in moments that shaped my life and for that I am so grateful. I love giving that gift of memory to others through my photography. I’m an incredibly nostalgic person and if you are too, I promise you are in the right place!

My Approach

As someone who lives for individuality, I believe deeply that everyone deserves to have their unique stories documented in a way that truly honors and celebrates them because THE REAL YOU IS PERFECT! I believe that connecting with and meeting my clients where they are at in their life is key to creating photos that truly captures their true spirit. Prior to working together, we will get to know each other and do lots of planning in order to make sure that the photos you receive back from your shoot capture you authentically. I strive to capture each and every one of my clients in a way that honors them and their stories. I’m here for the real stuff and real you!

Come As You Are

I believe in radical inclusivity and creating a safe space for ALL my clients to come as they are and feel comfortable being themselves in front of me and my camera. Nothing literally makes me happier and feel more honored than when people allow me into their world to capture them living their truth on my camera. Also with that being said, LOVE IS LOVE (I wouldn’t be much of a wedding photographer if I didn’t believe that!). I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and believe that Black Lives Matter. All are welcome here in front of my camera. I will never discriminate or turn anyone away based on gender, race, ability, sexual orientation, or one’s personal beliefs.
